Which one?

To delete *all* Temporary Internet Files...

1) Start | Run | Type: inetcpl.cpl | Click OK
Or right click the Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop
Or Start | Settings | Control Panel | Internet Options
Best to do this with all instances of Internet Explorer closed. Especially
if there are a large number of files.
2) On the General Tab, in the middle of the screen, click on Delete Files
3) Check the box Delete all offline content {This cleans >>
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files
AND
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
and \Content.MSO (Created by an MS Office program)}
4) Click on OK and wait for the hourglass icon to stop after it deletes the
temporary internet files
5) You can now click on Delete Cookies and click OK to delete cookies that
websites have placed on your hard drive.

This answer is only for if you use Firefox. Go to Tools->Options...->Cache.
Once there, you can either Clear Cache Now, or click Settings... and set them
to clear the cache when you close Firefox.

Tammi, While XP does contain its own tools for deleting file caches they are
not always as good as the make out to be. Temproary internet files, for
example, can be cleared, according to xp, without any user intervension
simply by setting the clear temporary internet folder on web browser
shutdown in the Internet Explorer options. The only problem is it doesn't
work and hasn't worked for quite a number of builds of Internet Explorer.

One of the best cahce cleaners i've used so far is CCleaner
(www.ccleaner.com). It is freeware so won't cost you anything and this does
a better job than anything that XP has to offer.
