clear text

I have a workbook and when the user closes out I want it to clear everything
they typed in. And if possiable I would like it to promt to save as.

Can someone please assist me? I have other macros in this workbook so I can
just and another macro that would be great

Why don't you save your workbook as a template file and have your users
retrieve and work in a copy the template.
