clear printer queu (spellimg?)

queu (sounds like "kue") Was a good thing to know how to do in 98. As a
neophyyte on XP, searching for it if I can't spell it is problematic....

Queue. You only need to clear it if there's print jobs stuck there - and
this can happen. Open Control Panel, Printers and Faxes, and look at each
printer icon for numbers. If the number isn't 0 and you aren't expecting
any prints, you can clear them.

Sometimes the Microsoft Office Image Writer or XPS Document Writer can pick
up and jam undesired print jobs, and this can seriously interfere with
printing.

So, you only need to do this if you're having problems printing.
