If you are talking about the AutoComplete history, you'll need to search
your drive for a file with an .NK2 extension and delete that. If you're
using Windows 2000 or XP, the file will be in a hidden folder, so make sure
you include those in your search.

If you have Windows XP and Outlook 2003 this is what you
need to do. (I'm not sure if this will work on other
versions of Windows/Outlook but try it out anyway)
With outlook closed
Go to this folder in your hard drive...
C:\Documents and Settings\(username)\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook
Delete the file "Outlook.NK2" or rename it to something
else.
That's it! Next time you open Outlook, you'll see that
you will start to recreate the list. Anytime you want to
clear it just follow the same steps.
The file will be rebuilt when you close Outlook again.
Good luck!
