my disk cleanup feature "cleanmgr" has stopped
functioning. whenever i open the program i get about
three bars of progress and then no more. is there a way
to fix this or is there a place where i can download this
program only or will i have to use the windows xp disk to
reinstall it (along with other items i may not wish to
redo)

Simply click on Kelly's fix, download the registry fix, then run it
