Cleanmgr.EXE Missing

Running XP Home Edition and the cleanmgr.exe is missing.
What is the best way to restore?

1. Run SFC /Scannow?
2. Copy the cleanmgr.exe from another PC?
3. ??

It is only 60kb. get a friend to zip it and send via email and put into
C:\windows\system32.

If your system is like mine, there's a second copy in
windows\system32\dllcache

Surprisingly (to me) Kelly has this download listed in her tweaks
area. Line 84, restore disk cleanup - cleanmgr
