Cleaning up & Fine tuning XP program?

Hello

I have had my computer for about 1 1/2 years now with XP and i am
looking for a program that will help cleaning out the crap that has
ended up being part of my system during this time. I see a program
called IOIO System Machanic 4.0 Professional but i saw that in the write
up of this program that its really for the tech type and im not super
tech or computer guy by any means. About the only thing i use now is
pest control. There isnt anything wrong with my computer so i am just
looking for a good program that i can use to clean it up a little and
get rid of that sluggish feeling a puter gets over time.

Any ideas?
