Ah, you didn't mention that they were user defined fields - makes it hard to
export. It is late here in CA so let me sleep on it.

| || Display your contacts by phone list and remove the columns you don't
|| need by
|| clicking on them and moving them off the column bar. You can also
|| export to
|| Excel and remove the columns from there as well - it gives you the
|| full view
|| without as much left->right scrolling.
