is not to have remove content. Better to use browsing practices that do not
retain site history, refuse 100% of all Cookies and disable site Caching
(TIF).
Even with that if using IE, it will place site visits into the Zone
categories in the
Registry.

Some users promote a program called CCleaner (Crap Cleaner).

To remove "Tracks" manually ( Not 100% ) requires
1.) Clearing Browser History
2.) Clearing/Purging the browser's Cache folder
3.) Deleting Cookies
*Also check the Browsers Add-ins/Plug-ins for site specific entries
