I just found an email account that has 20 MB of messages. The person who
owns the account wants me to download the messages and the give them to
them on CD. Does it make sense to download them (on DSL) into Outlook,
create a new person PST, move the messages into the PST, copy the PST to
a CD, take the CD to the owner, copy the PST to the hard drive, unmark
the PST as read only, open the PST in her Outlook, and then drag the
messages into her folders?

Hopefully this techinque makes sense, but I thought I would check before
I download the messages and remove them from the POP server.

It makes perfect sense. It's exactly what I would do.
