clean word e-mail attachments

How do I assure that the word doc. I attach to an e-mail is clean,
specifically not with all of the squiggley underline correction "suggestions"?

On the Spelling & Grammar tab of Tools | Options, check the boxes for "Hide
spelling/grammar errors in this document."
