Hi all.

Is there a way to click and clean all the reminders in the calander?

Guy

What do you mean by 'click and clean' ? What version of Outlook?

Hi Lanwench ,

I have Office 2002.
I just got someone's PC and all his reminders are there (lotsssssssss of
them)
I want to clear all of them without the need to : select each + right click
+ select delete.

TIA
Guy

Why not just set up a new mail profile for your own mailbox/PST file?

Thanks for the repeating efforts :)

WHY: Because I have lots of emails I want to keep where they are (customer
support emails, suppliers emails etc etc etc...)

Please say how to delete ALL the reminders using MINIMUM clicks

TIA
Guy

I don't know how to do that or I would have mentioned it already.

It doesn't sound like you need anything in the calendar at all, right?
If you set up a new PST file for yourself, for delivery you can open up the
other PST as a secondary one and either just use it or copy items to your
own PST file.
