I have try all the " AD-SPYWARE ..E.T.C ".wHEN i shut down my pc,the connection change and try to dial a totaly different number.I had rid off in the past a similar program,by getting in the registry.Unfortunately,i don t remember the exact steps..

go start/run/regedit and search for the phone number the dialer is
attempting to dial or any other relevant string or key; a firewall would
tell you what program is attempting to connect. You can also try to check in
msconfig, what programs load or use a utility such as StartupCop to find out
what loads at start up.
