Hi All,

Would someone be so kind as to share the procedures to get rid of all the
crap that has built up in my right-click context menu in Windows Explorer. I
will never use 90% of those commands, and I just want the right-click menu
to be clean and simple.

Thanks for your help.

You could use REGEDIT and try deleting certain keys in HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.

For example to eliminate "WinRAR" you could delete

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\WinRAR]

Thanks for the info, gentlemen.

On a related note, I would also like to clean up the context menu that
displays with Internet Explorer (6.0) Could you point me to the proper
registry keys or other procedures to handle this?
