Clean installation of XP Pro, can't browse the Internet

Network is working, I can see other three computers, Internet doesn't
work at all. When ping the ISP, ping shows 15 ms and it works.

It happened few times and I've never figured out why Internet is not
working.

New machine, XP PRo SP2.

Most likely if reinstall XP, all will be perfect.

Any idea?

Tried enable nearly all services and still no joy!
