I've had XP home for about 2 years and its time for a
clean install, but I can't find any of my old Windows 98
or 95 disks around (we've moved recently... lots of
things I can;t find.)
Since I have the XP upgrade, can I still do a clean
install (reformat the disk and everything)? I don't
think they even sell 98 or 95 anymore.

Brad;
You will need one of the earlier versions to show Windows XP you
qualify for an upgrade.

But if I can't find my old disks and Microsoft doesn't
make these programs anymore, do I have any recourse?
Since I have 2 hard drives, could I install XP on one and
do a clean install on the other, then remove XP from the
first?

It's not Microsoft's fault that you can't find a qualifiying product.
If you are using a an Upgrade version, you have to have a qualifiying
previous version. Period.

Do you know anyone with a 98/Me disk?

Even though MS is no longer supporting 98. you can still find copies
for sale. Try Ebay or do a Google search.
