clean install /keep original config

Is there a way to save my current config (admin info, themes, config,
users, layout....) so i dont have to set it up 1 by 1 again after i do
a clean winxp install *format*

You could make your own Windows XP installation, or rather, customize
the existing one. This way you can have Windows XP set up the way you
like automatically during installation: Check out this site for a great
guide to do just that: http://unattended.msfn.org/
