As for the ASP.NET website starter kits, as far as I knew, there does
exists some simple web application examples which help get a quick and
complete look at building different kind of web applications through
ASP.NET. Here is the msdn link where we can find those starter kits:

In addition, I suggest you keep an eye on the

Http://www.asp.net

web site since there're always many new updates about ASP.NET there. And
some ASP.NET dev team's engineer will also share their experience there or
