Citation/Bibliography tab unavailable

Do any of you know what would cause the options on this tab to be greyed
out/unavailable?

Hi Faith,

Does this happen with all documents or only certain ones?

I've seen this when the Sources.xml file that holds the master list is greyed out, or if the document isn't in Word 2007 file
format, or if the Office 2007 installation is corrupted.

Do you get the same behavior if you hold the ctrl key while starting Word 2007?
