After extensive investigation of a problem w/IE
6.0.2800.1106 the experts came to the conclusion that the
problems I am experiencing relate to a "security level".
The "About Explorer" window, under the "Help" area
shows: "Cipher Strength : 0-bits," instead of 128 bits.
The experts tell me this is why I can not go to any links
that require a password to get in. Every time I try this I
get the Message that the page is not available, may be
having difficulties, or I need my browser settings
adjusted.
Can anybody assist?...It would be greatly appreciated
