CiDaemon.exe uses up 1gig of PFU - help pls!

My wife started complaining today about slowdown on her XP. When I looked at
her Tasklists, even with no programs running, I noticed that she had
CiDaemon.exe running over 1gig of the Page File Usage.

She's running a WinXP Home, (not sure which service pack), P4 2.0ghz, 512mb
RAM. She has noticaeble slowdown with the CiDAemon.

Does anyone know what that is and what's running it? I thought that was only
on Microsoft File servers that those are run. I can't think of anything that
she does that needs to run it.

Appreciate the help.

Shut off indexing service through Admin tools services
