cidaemon.exe problem?

I think cidaemon is taking up all of my ram. This is not a
sure answer, but when I open task manager and list the
processes when my ram is almost completely gone, the
memory usage on cidaemon is usually insanely high. I've
tried ending the cidaemon process, but it refuses to end.
Help? Thank you.
