Chromeless Window in Windows 98

I am trying to use a chromeless window popup for some of
my personal sites but no matter what I place for the size,
they all popup in the full screen. This script use to work
on this computer so I'm guessing that when I updated
Internet Explorer (which is currently 6.0) I lost that
ability. I am using Windows 98 for my operating system. If
anyone has any help or knows where to go to get the
appopriate help, I would be glad to recive it.

If you want to resize the window you have to use a Title bar (so the user
can be clear that it is a window and see a close box.)
