Choppy screen!

Anyone have an answer? I have recently had to reload my puter back to factory settings but since then the pages when scrolling down are very choppy and move in like waves as opposed to moving very easily up and down (and not waves)
Also the sound has went lower than it was before I reloaded system

Help!

You need to install the video card drivers which came with your
computer, or if you have installed them , you need to go to the
manufacturer's page and update the drivers.
