"CHOOSE OPTION" pop-up window

When I click on Outlook a Choose Profile pop up window appears. In my case
there are two options to choose from: "Outlook" or "New Profile". I choose
Outlook. And then Outlook comes up on the screen and no further problems.

Interestingly, there is an "Options" check box entitiled "Set As Default
Option", which I always check for the Outlook option. Doing this nevers
eliminates the pop up window.

My question is: How can I eliminate the pop up window from entering my
screen when I click on Outlook?
 
'Control Panel|Mail|Show Profiles' click the "Always use this profile" radio
button, select "Outlook", and click the "Apply button.
