I asked for CHKDSK to scan my drives C and D on next boot.
It scanned C and went on to D - troubles begin.
D drive is 200GB and i chks stages 1-3 of 5 but hen it
just sitts there on stage 4 of 5. I have left it for hours
but no progress at all.
I have tried safe mode but it hangs on: multi(0)disk(0)
rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS\System32\Drivers\agp440.sys
from here it justs hangs.

I cant boot into XP normally or in safe mode.

How do I cancell this CHKDSK?

What is the deal of changing the date to get to the top of the list? Bad
manners, if you ask me.

Hi!
This issue may occur if Windows XP tries to use an incompatible video
driver during startup.Check your video card/replace it and retry.
