Chinese WindowXP always shunt down automatically

My system alway shunt down automatically and displaying a message
The system should be shunt down by NT Authority/system because the Remote Procedure Call was interrupted

Please teach me how to overcome this

looks like the blaster worm,

look for other post about RPC errors and follow those.
