Chinese typing in Windows XP

I heard that in Windows XP, it has built-in chinese typing facility,
and we don't need to install any software. I couldn't find the location.

Please advise. Thanks!!
 
Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages

Check 'Install files for Eas Asian languages'
Click Details, then click Add
Select Chinese
