I would start by examining %systemroot%\system32\debug\dcpromo.log file to
see at which point your dcpromo dies, next I would run dcdiag and netdiag on
my DC's to verify my AD installation, next do a netdom query fsmo to see who
is the server, that is holding Domain Naming Master role. Check that server.
Post back the results.
