That feature is no longer available under 'net', but you might find
something similar under 'netsh' (a quick glance didn't show anything obvious
though). You might want to try the following instead:

It's open source, free, and I'm sure will tell you more than you ever wanted
to know!

How does this work on Windows XP?

http://www.wown.com/articles_tutorials/netdiags.html

I want to check the collisions (if they are any) but
somehow, I cannot get it to work.

I tried typing net diag/ status, it just brings up a
window with some known switches for the net command. Then
I also tried:

"net staticistics Ben"

I really need help.

Ben,

Collisions are a normal occurrence in a classic Ethernet network. If you are
using a Hub to connect multiple computers to each other, or to the internet,
then you might want to worry about this.

If you have connected your computers thru a Router or a Switch, you are using
Switched Ethernet. With Switched Ethernet, the router or switch intelligently
connects all your computers, and prevents collisions between your computers.

As inexpensive as routers have become ($50), switches are even cheaper, and
Ethernet hubs are not even sold in most stores. Switched Ethernet is so common,
that most folks don't even know the difference.

Cheers,
Chuck
Paranoia comes from experience - and is not necessarily a bad thing.
