Checking mail from different computer

I have 4 different e-mail accounts for work on windows mail. I'm hoping
someone can explain to me what I need to do to setup on two different
computers and recieve mail on both. I setup the accounts the exact same on
both computers, but I only recieve mail on one. I'm not the most computer
savy guy so lamens terms would be aprreciated. I know about the
mail.2.web.com website but my sever won't communicate with it and I really
want to know if what I'm talking about is possible. Thanks
 
Assuming these are POP email accounts...
If you wish to receive the same email on both computers, you must set WM to
leave the mail on the server after downloading

Tools - Accounts - youraccount - Properties - Advanced
[x] Leave a copy of messages on server
[x] Remove from server after [xx] days

Do this for all accounts on both computers, though you only need to set one
computer to remove after xx days.
