I am using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP. I have 3 email accounts set up in
the same mail box. I have one of the accounts set to be temporarily suspended
by my provider as I am not currently using that account. When Outlook 2003
checks for mail at regular intervals it tries to check that account as well
and I get an error message. Is there a way to not have it check that account
yet still check the other 2 accounts? When I was using Outlook Express there
was a check box in each profile that allowed you to not have that account
checked. How do I do the same in Outlook 2003?

Tools menu > Options > Mail Setup tab > Send/Receive button > in the top
portion of that box, click on the Edit button to edit your Send/Receive
groups. Find the account that you're talking about and deselect what you
want to.
