checking headers /origination domain

I can never remember. If I want to see all the tracking information of an
e-mail I receive, how do I find that out. For example in my ISPs web mail
program it shows me all the domain information of the e-mails history mime
blah blah blah. When I open it in outlook none of that shows but sometimes
I'd like to see the real source of the e-mails.

How do I do that?

When the message is open, click View>Options.
