checkboxes?

Hi all
Is there an easy way to put several check boxes on a single page document, I
need to put about 60 yes/no type check boxes on to a printable page so the
user can just check the appropriate boxes
and print.

Use the Check Box option from the Forms toolbar. Just remember to protect
the document so they will actually work!

If you need them in a document not protected for forms, it can be done but
is more complicated. If that is your need, write back.
