Check text boxes that show info from subform

I do no tlike the view of a subform in form view my main form, so I do I
create a text box that will pull and show the information from fields in the
suform?

Also...How do break down one table in a query by a catagory and then show
each record of the catagory in a form without the look of a subform? Maybe
the same as above?
 
A subform can be in datasheet, single form, or continuous form view.
Set the DefaultView property of the form contained in the subform control.
