Check option buttons for response

I have a questionaire on a formatted worksheet which has
56 questions with each question having 5 option buttons
grouped for a rated response. Is there a way that I can
check for and report to the respondee to the questionaire
that they have X questions which do not yet have responses?
 
You can easily, but is it forms or control optionbuttons?

Simplest to send me a s/s and I will look at it for you.
