Check in Facility FP 2000

Hi

Anybody help me here i am really struggling i have designed a Intranet
Site which can be updated across the Network. The system is using FP
document check in check out!

THis is working fine accept for one problem when sombody is working on
a document if they do not check it back in the page locks up.

If the person is on holiday or off work for any reason it is
impossible to open the document.

Is there a way of openeing the document in an Administaration capacity
without the need for a password????

I cannot seem to get any advice on this problem

Also, you may have luck with this procedure:

1. Rename the locked file, not correcting hyperlinks.
2. Copy the renamed file back to the original name.
3. Do all further work on the newly-created file.

To unlock checked out documents turn off document check-in, then turn it back on
