Check Box Label

I am making a form in Word and want to insert check boxes. I followed the
directions from the Help- I used the Legacy tools and inserted check box,
tried to space in order to change the label from "check box 1" to what I want
it to say, but it would not let me space. How do I change the label?

Click the Properties button (in the same ribbon group as the legacy tools)
and change the value of the Caption property.
