I cannot find the chart wizard in Excel 2003
The 'assistant' on 'Help' menu button gives no information on wizards

go to tools | customize | commands tab | categories : insert |
commands: charts | drag it on the toolbar | close |

Insert menu > Chart opens the Chart Wizard. So does the icon on the Standard
toolbar that looks like a column chart. If you are showing the standard and
formatting toolbars on one row, not all icons appear. If that's the case go
to Tools menu > Customize > Options tab, and check Show Standard and
Formatting Toolbars on Two Rows.
