I was trying to create a chart from a crosstab query that contains a date
field as a row heading, calculation as a value, and a text field as a column
heading. When I tried to create the chart using the wizard, I get the
following error:

"Either the table or query you selected doesn't have enough valid fields to
provide data for a chart or the fields can't be retrieved. Select a table or
query with at least one numeric, date, or test field."

I have never seen this error before. Any suggestions?

Mooney:

Have you set the column headings property for the cross tab query so that it
has fixed field headings? You need that otherwise Access can't retrieve the
fields to place on the chart.

SA:

I hate to admit it but I don't know how to set the column headings property.
Can you help?
