I gave up please help. I need the correct syntax to change the color of a
trend line. I can add the trendline. I can change its type but I cannot via
VBA change its color.

Second problem is there a way to select more than 6 legends to graph. The
graph wizard only allows me six and I need 8 lines. This is a line graph in
windows XP using access 2003

Thankyou in advance

Thankyou Penguin this was most helpfull. I still have a problem with the
other question though. How do I force the graph to plot eight lines, ie
select more than 6 legends. Thanks in advance.

If your data source (query or SQL) has more than the default of the
graph wizard then just set the enabled property of the graph to Yes
and the Locked to No. Then open the form and double click on the
graph. This should fill in the data from the data source. The graph
wizard does not let you select more than six fields.

I have been playing with graph recently and have found many things you
can do via automation. Also try doing a google search on msgraphs.

Hope this helps.

Thankyou again! You inspire me. Unfortunately the graph was already set up as
anabled and unlocked. But I did fix it though, Just in case someone wants to
know, I went to the rowsource and added the legends I wanted. The graph
happily ploted them. Thankyou again, I had already given up. YOU ARE GOOD.
