Chart Problems

Hi,

I am trying to produce a chart for a report.

My Y axis is the amount, the X axis is the quarter (of a year) Q1, Q2 etc.
However, I also have a Year field. Ideally I want to include the Year and the
Quarter on the X axis - but Access will not let me do it. It will only let me
have one field on the X axis.

I've tried to put the Year as a series item - but then I can only have 1
field as data (for example I cannot also include the average per quarter
along with the total amount).

Is there anyway around this problem.?

I've thought of changing my Quarter field to include the Year e.g Q12004
Q22004 etc...?

I hope this post makes sense - any help would be much appreciated.

The data displayed in the chart is determined by the Row Source property.

However, it isn't clear what you want to do with the Year and what your
current row source is.
