In graphing numbers on an X axis for a range of actual allowed money b
company A, and the Y axis for the range of actual allowed money fo
company B, there is a target point of say 15% and 17% (midrange of thi
graph) that will keep both companies in check of expenditures.

I am in need of knowing how to insert a (constantly positioned
vertical line (constant at the location of 15% and another one at 17%)
in order to show these places of percentages (as a visual aide) withi
the range of allowable (x-axis) money to be spent, relevant to thes
points on the graph line (along the X-axis, rising vertical) .

Here's an attempt to exhibit this question:

l l
l l
l................ l
.____________________. <== X axis
15%...........17

Thanks for the views. I resorted to placing a drawing box (using th
drawing toolbar) and shading in with transparency at 55% at the tw
points on the graph.

My original thinking was using a second series of data, charting th
vertical line(s) from the data range at the constants. Way to
difficult for my needs.

Thanks again for the hits on the topic.
