Recently, I find my powerpoint often stop work when I make or config the
chart.
My PowerPoint edtion is 2000, my operation system is windows 2000 pro, I
found that if my powerpoint don't work, I open task manager, then
PowerPoint.exe and Graph9.exe take up much time of cpu.
If I want to repair PowerPoint and open it again, I Will use task manager to
kill powerpoint.exe and Graph9.exe process. (I often find there are two
Graph9.exe)
Then Echo S suggested me to check the Office Plug-ins of Symantec Antivirus,
I called Symantec and they told me Symantec Antivirus don't have this
problem, this problem only was dound in Norton Antivirus.
Today morning, there is another colleague told me she met the same question,
I hope some one could help me to deal with this problem.
