How do I change the character spacing? When typing a
letter in Microsoft Works Word Processor the letters try
to stack ontop of each other. You have to hit enter after
each letter to get the letter spacing correct. I found
how to change the space between lines but could not find
how to correct the character spacing. I tried changing
the font and font size but it still did not work.

Is this when the document is printed or when it's displaying on the screen?

If on the screen, try the Works gurus in

microsoft.public.works.win

If it's when printing, please let us know what make and model of printer you
have and how it is connected to the PC (USB or parallel).
