character map

In my Windows XP home edition, System tools in
Accessories does not have Character Map. How do I get it?
 
1. Right-click on your Desktop and select: NEW > SHORTCUT
2. In the Create Shortcut window, type in: CHARMAP.EXE , and click "Next"
3. In the next window, type in: Character Map , and click "Finish"
4. A new Character Map shortcut icon will appear on your Desktop.
