The drop down form field, combo box, option in Word has a character limit of 50 characters. How do I work around this issue or are there other options to achieve the same end result?
Unfortunately, there is no workaround for form fields. The alternative is to
create a userform (custom dialog), in which the combo box doesn't have that
limitation (and also allows more than the 25-item limit of the form field).
