Character limit in textbox

I am relatively new to excel and I am trying to limit the amount of
characters in a textbox to 200.
How might I go about doing this??

if u use the text box in Controls Toolbox, right click the text box
and 'properties', you should find a 'maxlength', change the value to
what you want.
