Changing wallpaper background in folders

How do you change the wallpaper in a folder, not the icon.

How do you change the wallpaper in a folder, not the icon.

For added flexibility (after downloading IESHWIZ ... I installed to
C:\Windows):

1. Open Registry with regedit
2. Open HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT/Folder/shell
3. Add New Key - named Customize and set default value to "&Customize..."
without quotes
4. Add New Key to above key - named command and set default value to:
C:\Windows\ieshwiz.exe %L

Now anytime you right-click on a Folder, you will have a new Option called
Customize..., which when selected will allow you to change the folder. This
also works on Drives.
