changing volume

Every time i play some music, a game or do anything really, my sound gets
louder and then quieter, then louder then quieter.

HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And what did the manufacturers of your sound card and its drivers have
to say about this problem?

havent spoken to them yet, i've downloaded new drivers but it still keeps
changing at random

I have the same problem. It's called "el cheapo speakers."

Invest in some higher quality speakers. You may also need to
invest in a separate, more expensive sound card.

Sound isn't particularly an issue for me; I have learned to
turn the volume up or down with my two pink appendages. Some
call them "fingers."
